This involved contributing to the creation of product processes, collaboration rituals, documentation practices, and the early foundations of our roadmap, ensuring the team had a clear framework for prioritizing opportunities and turning business needs into scalable product solutions.

I researched financial behaviors across Latin America

Exploring how individuals and businesses interact with banking services, digital payments, transfers, and open banking solutions in different markets. These insights helped identify user needs, product opportunities, and areas where Prometeo could create more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly financial experiences.

I designed end-to-end experiences for multiple clients, translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive banking transactions and end-user flows. My work included designing customizable bank transfer payment links and a self-service platform that allowed clients to generate, configure, and manage those links independently. I also contributed to QR transfer payment solutions for Montevideo taxis, helping adapt open banking technology to a real-world urban mobility use case.
I developed a bulk payment link creation tool to support clients with high-volume payment needs, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort. Beyond product features, I collaborated with the communications team on the redesign and implementation of Prometeo’s website, helping ensure that the company’s digital presence clearly communicated its value proposition, products, and role in the open banking ecosystem.
