Let me tell you about myself

I'm Agustina Garcia Orsi, but people call me Pochi. I design digital experiences, draw, and sing (I can also create ceramic sculptures, make multi-color prints, engrave wood or metal, and shoot both digital and analog photography).
I have been designing digital experiences for 10 years in fintech, health-tech, and e-commerce. My goal is to transform complexity into clarity. I employ a hands-on 'Research-to-Design' workflow, incorporating AI-powered tools for technical scaffolding and rapid prototyping. This approach helps us reach users faster.

I'm a proud designer. I graduated as a visual communication designer from the university. Sounds long and out there, but it's graphic design.

I'm a Campaigner (ENFT-P). We are enthusiastic, creative, and sociable free spirits who always find a reason to smile.

I started working as a UX designer in 2015, which feels like a lifetime ago. Before that, I had never worked in digital experiences; I was a photographer and a graphic designer.

I recently learned that my IQ is 119. Did you know that 7% of the world's population has an IQ between 120 and 129? So I'm high capacity neurodivergent, HSP (Highly Sensitive Person)

Living life by 'eras.' I've taken film, drama, psychodrama, improv classes, expressive dance, and ceramics classes (I gave most of my pieces!). I'm into illustrations and paintings lately. And I hope it starts singing classes soon.

I feel so lucky to have learned everything I know from remarkable people. As a neurodivergent person, I understand through experience. I have always needed that human touch to fully understand things—for learning, studying, knowing, and—basically—being.
